She has a proven track record of developing and executing high-impact strategies in e-commerce, digital advertising, martech integration, and digital customer experience. April has successfully aligned marketing with business objectives to drive revenue, market share, and customer loyalty. She has served as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and board stakeholders, making her an invaluable asset in the realm of digital marketing.
Currently, April is leading Milliken’s global digital marketing evolution. In her role as Head of Digital Marketing & Martech, she is responsible for integrating martech infrastructure, digital content distribution strategy, and digital customer experience to modernize brand engagement and drive growth for the organization. She currently oversees marketing technology stack integration, performance marketing analytics, digital marketing and web operations teams. April holds an English degree from Appalachian State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University. In her down time, she enjoys spending time at her home in Winston-Salem with her two daughters, husband and dog. |
